Whether it's a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or a full Development Application (DA), we manage the entire submission process. Simultaneously, we finalize a detailed technical specification and a fixed-price construction contract, giving you complete cost certainty.

We use advanced project management software to keep you updated with daily logs, photos, and schedule tracking. As we approach completion, we conduct a rigorous multi-point inspection to ensure every detail meets Bluebell standards. We then invite you for a final walk-through to ensure your total satisfaction. Upon handover, you'll receive a comprehensive Homeowner Manual containing all warranties, maintenance schedules, and certificates. Our relationship doesn't end there; we provide a dedicated maintenance period to address any post-occupancy adjustments.
